Elect Tom Bell for Springfield Ward 1

As an Elected Commissioner in Cheltenham Township, I have seen many people run for a Political Office, but I have never seen a Candidate work so hard as I have seen in Tom Bell. Tom Bell has shown me that as a Candidate for the State Representative for Cheltenham Township, Jenkintown Borough, Springfield Township, and a small portion of North East Philadelphia that it is time for a change. His opponent has put in many years in office and has done a good job, but it is time for a change.........Tom is a bright young man who has some great ideas to build what is needed in our communities.......He will actively work in the State House with the energy that is needed and will be needed in these tough times ahead. I served with Tom Bell in the United States Navy in 1971-1972. We were both members of the Anti-Submarine Warfare Squadron - VS-38, stationed at NAS North Island, Coronado, California. Tom is a dedicated, honorable, patriotic and trustworthy person. I have complete faith that he will do exactly as he says..listen to the people he represents and be a positive change for our nation. While I am not from Pennsylvania, nor do I live there, I am supporting him with my time and ability to maintain his web site without compensation. I do this because I believe in TOM! On last evening Aug. 25,2010 I had the opportunity to sit and chat with Tom. I'm not easily impressed, however, that said we had a long conversation and I listened to him address the audience. This is the candidate that I will vote for and help campaign. We need someone that will truly represent all of the people. He is very clear on his issues, that they are always centered around the constituients and their best interest.
